Apple Enchiladas

Ingredients:

6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 (21 ounce) can apple fruit filling
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spoon the fruit filling evenly down centers of the tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Grease a baking dish. Roll up the tortillas and place, seam side down, in the greased dish.
In a saucepan, bring the water, butter, brown sugar and white sugar to a boil.
Reduce the heat and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Pour over the enchiladas and let stand 30 minutes.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
